Pupil Premium Grant

The Pupil Premium Grant (PPG) is a form of government funding provided to schools in the UK to help improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged students. It is aimed at children who are eligible for free school meals, have been eligible at any point in the last six years, are in care, or have parents in the armed forces.

Schools use the grant to offer additional support, resources, and interventions to help close the achievement gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers.
