Clubs and Wraparound Care

Our Breakfast Club is FUN!!! Currently, we have one for the younger children in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and one for the older children in Key Stage 2.

Clubs are located on the right hand side of school near the pencil gates. Doors open at 7.45am. Office staff will be happy to show you where this is if you are not sure.

It is £5.00 per child per session from February 2025; this includes a choice of cereal or toast/pancake and a glass of milk or juice. Children also have a choice of fruit and yoghurt. If a sibling also attends, the second or further child will be able to attend at a discounted rate of  £4.00.

Children start their day with access to some great toys and games in a relaxed and welcoming environment.  At special times of the year, we have some exciting ‘Art and Craft’ activities for the children to enjoy.

Children are looked after by Mrs Skelton, Mrs Wright and Mrs McCowan and taken safely to their classes in time for learning.

You can attend our Breakfast Club if you go to our Nursery or Wavell Community Primary school.

We are delighted to be able to provide Wrap Around Care with our After School Club.

In our Afterschool Club, children are looked after by Mrs Navuso, Mrs Circo or Mrs Taylor. Children attend from the end of the school day, 3.15pm, until 5.30pm. This may change in the near future as we assess the demand for longer provision. Sessions cost £12.00 per child and if a sibling also attends, this can be booked at a discounted rate of £11.00. Children are offered a light meal such as a sandwich, toast or a wrap,  as well as vegetable sticks, yoghurt, fruit and the occasional crisp snack!

 

 

Our Activity Clubs run from 3.15pm until 4.15pm and change every term. We offer a variety, ensuring there is something for everyone. This could be a Wellness and Mindfulness Club,  Film Club, Gardening, Football or Multisports. We have also had Jigsaw club, Arts and Craft Club, Boardgame Club or Lego Club. Sessions cost £2.50 and are charged and paid in advance for the club to secure a place. We try to offer something for everyone!
